Shipping Timeline: Since most of our pieces are made to order or handcrafted in small batches, delivery typically takes:
- 10–18 business days within India
- 15–25 business days for international orders
Shipping Providers
- Domestic (India): We ship via Delhivery
- International: We ship via DHL Express
Shipping Charges
- India: A flat shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged at checkout.
- International:
- Orders above $800: Free international shipping
- Orders below $800: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.
Tracking & Notifications:
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be automatically shared via email and WhatsApp, so you can stay updated.
Custom Duties & Taxes — International Orders
All international orders are currently shipped under a DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) model.
Duties & Taxes Disclaimer: Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes (if applicable in your country) are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

Khumaar Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- National holidays
- Third-party courier disruptions

Order Cancellation Clause: To maintain transparency and alignment with regional fulfilment protocols, orders placed in a currency not corresponding to the delivery region may be automatically cancelled or require reprocessing.
