• • All our pieces are handcrafted in limited batches.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on demand or material availability.
  • Customisations, where offered, are final and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Minor differences in color, embellishment, or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each garment and will not be considered defects.

3.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Currency

• • All prices are listed in INR for domestic orders and in USD for international orders.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Shipping fees, duties, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be clubbed unless explicitly stated.

4.⁠ ⁠Order Confirmation & Fulfilment

• • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Dispatch timelines are detailed on our Shipping Policy page and may vary depending on the product type or order volume.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, error in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5.⁠ ⁠International Orders & Duties

• • All international orders are shipped under the DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid) model.
  • Customers are responsible for any import/custom duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their local government.
  • Khumaar Luxe is not liable for delays caused by customs or refusal to pay duties.

6.⁠ ⁠Return, Exchange & Store Credit

In summary:

• • We do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges or store credits are only available under specific conditions and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
